The Uthfy 41-inch swamp cooler is the large-space option in this category: 4,800 CFM of airflow rated for areas up to 1,200 square feet, a 10.6-gallon tank that will run most of a day, four ice packs and a garden hose adapter for continuous filling. A powdercoated metal body on locking casters rolls over patio thresholds, and the controls are physical buttons rather than a touch panel. The Spruce flagged its bulky size as the drawback, and it is a fair one: at 41 inches tall and 44 lb dry it is not a machine you tuck away. Like every evaporative cooler it is useless in humid air.
