The TurboBlaze pairs a 1700-watt element with a five-speed fan, and Tom's Guide put the practical gain at up to 46 percent faster than older Cosori models. The temperature range runs from 170 to 450 degrees Fahrenheit, and the top of that range is what makes the difference on meat: skin browns before the inside dries out. TechGearLab's cooking results were consistent across wings and fries, with good browning outside and moisture retained within.
A hole in the crisping tray swallows small food
The crisping tray has a large hole in the centre, and anything smaller than it drops through into the basket below. TechGearLab and SharkFryer both flag it, and the foods it ruins are predictable: halved Brussels sprouts, diced onion, small pieces of potato. Larger items are unaffected. This is the single most-cited complaint about the machine and the clearest reason to buy something else if your cooking skews towards small cut vegetables.
Under 53 decibels while cooking

Six functions, no app, and no bottom element
Air fry, reheat, dehydrate, bake, proof and warm are all on the panel, and there is no app or connectivity of any kind - this is a Cosori without VeSync, which given how little most air fryer apps add is close to a feature. The real structural limit is that there is no bottom heating element, so food needing heat from below cooks less evenly, and the strong airflow is rough on delicate items.
