The 11S Max leans on 2000 Pa of suction with BoostIQ, which steps the power up within about 1.5 seconds when the floor demands it, and on hard floors that combination does the job. TechGearLab scored its carpet cleaning 6.8 out of 10, below average for the category, and fine debris pressed into pile is where it visibly struggles. Pet hair is the other soft spot, so households with shedding animals should treat it as a supplement to a proper vacuum rather than a replacement.
Bump-and-turn navigation with no map
There is no camera, no lidar and no map. The robot drives until it hits something, turns and carries on, and TechGearLab called the result clumsy and prone to missing spots on a single run. Cords and loose clothing will stop it, so a quick tidy before each run is part of the routine. The upside of the simplicity is a 2.85-inch body that clears furniture taller robots cannot get under.
