French doors that open both racks at once
Gourmia builds this oven around a pair of French doors that swing open together with one pull, and The Mama Maven's Nancy Horn called that layout a game changer for anyone loading two racks at a time. The cavity holds 24 litres, enough for a 12-inch pizza or 6 slices of toast, and a large window lets you watch a bake without breaking the heat. The stainless shell wipes clean, though it runs hot enough on the outside that it wants clearance on every side.
Inside are top and bottom elements plus a circulating fan, and the oven ships with a crumb tray, wire rack, air fry basket and baking pan, all dishwasher safe. The digital panel handles time from 1 to 99 minutes and temperature from 90 to 450 degrees Fahrenheit, and a temperature probe takes doneness out of guesswork.
Seventeen presets, from toast to dehydrate
The preset list covers air fry, bake, roast, broil, toast and dehydrate among others, and bake can be switched over to convection bake. Horn found the oven did a good job across air frying, baking and roasting, and singled out the seafood preset for salmon. Toast is the awkward one: owners describe pressing the toast button and then dialling the browning setting by hand to get an even result. A 61-page recipe book with cooking charts comes in the box, which is more hand-holding than most ovens at this price bother with.
A door that does not seal, and cook times that show it
The recurring complaint is speed. Horn reported the oven taking almost twice as long to cook as the appliance it replaced, and triple the time to reheat a slice of pie, which owners trace to a door that does not seal tightly against the cavity.
