RGBICW bulbs at 100 lumens each
Govee's RGBICW chip puts a colour LED and a dedicated warm-white element in every bulb, so the strand can run 16 million colours or pull back to tunable white from a warm 2700K to a daylight 6500K. Per the spec sheet and Matter Alpha's listing, peak output is 100 lumens a bulb, which is bright enough for actual patio light rather than decoration alone. Thirty bulbs across 96 feet works out to roughly 38-inch spacing, denser than most competing colour strings.
Colour quality is where reviewers part company. Android Police rated the strand 9/10 and called it definitely worth considering. How-To Geek was more reserved, complaining that transitions are 'rigid' with 'several distinct and often harsh steps' rather than smooth fades. Solid for warm-white evenings and party scenes; weak if you want subtle gradient work along the run.
IP65 bulbs, an IP44 adapter

That app is the weakest part of the product. Android Police and Matter Alpha both describe it as challenging to navigate and confusing when creating DIY scenes and routines. Presets work fine. Building a routine that cycles specific colours at specific times takes far more tapping than it should, and firmware updates occasionally interrupt a scheduled scene.
The party trick is the microphone
The controller carries an onboard mic that picks up rhythm and flashes the strand in time with it, and there is a Bluetooth mode for feeding audio straight from a phone. Android Police treated the music sync as the headline feature and the durability record as the supporting argument.
