The Leesa Original is a 10-inch all-foam mattress that lands at about 5.5 on the firmness scale, deliberately in the middle of the road. A memory foam comfort layer supplies the cradle and a firmer base under it stops the sink, so back sleepers keep their alignment while side sleepers still get some give. The memory foam runs 4 pounds per cubic foot, a density associated with foams that hold their shape rather than pit under a hip.
Pressure relief at the shoulders and hips
