A 500W motor with two speeds
The Qcen is a centrifugal juicer built around a 500W motor with a two-speed switch, quoted between 12,000 and 18,000 RPM. Low is meant for soft produce and high for hard, and that maps onto the machine's real behaviour: oranges, melon, cucumber and berries go through easily, while dense carrot and beet make the motor work and leave more pulp in the jug. The 304 stainless steel housing and filter basket feel better than the price suggests. The 17 fl oz jug is small enough that anything beyond a single serving means emptying it partway through.
The 3-inch chute removes most prep
The wide feed chute is the reason to pick this over a cheaper centrifugal model. At 3 inches it swallows whole apples and large chunks of most produce, so the chopping stage largely disappears, and that is the single biggest time cost in home juicing. The rest of the design is conventional: an anti-drip spout, a locking arm over the lid, a pulp bin at the back and parts that come apart for rinsing.
