The Q5 Pro's numbers are its argument: 5,500 Pa of suction, a 770 ml onboard bin and up to 240 minutes of runtime from a 5,200 mAh battery. The bin is large enough that a whole floor rarely fills it, and the runtime means a big home gets done in one pass rather than two with a recharge in between. The DuoRoller pair of rubber brushes resists hair wrapping better than a bristle roll does.
PreciSense LiDAR with multi-level maps
Navigation uses PreciSense LiDAR and supports multi-level mapping, virtual walls and no-go zones. Trusted Reviews rates the app as one of the best parts of the package, and Tech Advisor calls it sleek and well documented for setup. Obstacle avoidance is another matter: there is no camera and no object recognition, so the robot deals with clutter by bumping through it, and both reviews describe the avoidance as basic.
